A man went to the doctor's and said, "Doc, you gotta help me out, I'm constantly farting. Only they are silent and don't smell, in fact i've farted 5 times since coming in this room."
The Doctor looked at him and uttered, "OK, take two of these pills everyday for a week, then come back and we'll see how you are doing."
Two weeks later the man returns and yells at the doctor, "These pills you gave me didn't work, not only am I still farting all the time, but now they smell very bad."
The doctor looked up at the man and smiled, "Good, we've fixed your sinuses, now lets get to work on your hearing."
